Shadow Accounts - An Introduction

Following on from my blog post on the shadow account recently produced in response to the Hershey CSR report, I thought I'd put together a brief introductory reading list on the subject of shadow accounts and external social reports. Please note that this is obviously not an exhaustive list, nor does it attempt to cover the earlier literature on social audit that goes back to the 1960s/70s (and beyond!).
